Ingredients

Pumpkin seeds – 1/4th cup

Sunflower seeds – 1/4th cup

Flax seeds – 2 heaped Tbsp (slightly crushed/pounded)

Sesame seeds – 2 heaped Tbsp

Chia seeds - 2 heaped Tbsp

Salt – 1/4th tsp

Pepper – 1/4th tsp

Cinnamon powder – 1/4th tsp

Water – ½ cup

Dried cranberries – 2 heaped Tbsp, roughly chopped (optional)

Method

1) Take all the seeds in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and cinnamon powder and mix it well.

2) Now add half a cup of water and give it a good mix. Let this mixture sit for about 15-20 minutes till the seeds absorb water and it forms a gel-like consistency.

3) Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

4) Add chopped cranberries and mix with the seed mix (optional).

5) Now take a baking tray with a silicon sheet** and add the seed mixture to it. Spread it evenly and form a thin layer.

6) Bake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes. Once done, remove and let it cool a bit. If its not crispy, put it back in the oven for 5-8 minutes. But make sure you don’t burn it.

7) Cut into desired pieces. Once it’s completely cooled, store in an airtight container. Kindly refrigerate it to maintain its freshness and crispy, crunchy texture.

**Silicon sheet prevents sticking of the seed crackers. If parchment paper is used on the baking tray, the seed mix may stick to the bottom and it may be difficult to separate the crackers from the paper once its out of the oven.
